Challenges Facing SpeedMove
SpeedMove relied on an on-premise legacy system that was slow, prone to downtime, and made it difficult to track deliveries in real time.
The system couldn’t scale with their growing customer base, and the IT team spent too much time maintaining servers instead of improving business processes.
