On January 16th, 2023, the Bono-East Regional Education Director, Mrs. Effua Amoah with her regional planning and evaluation team paid a courtesy visit to the Arnson Innovate STEM Center, an ultra-modern learning center dedicated to robotics and drone technology. During her visit, she was able to experience firsthand the innovative and exciting ways in which the center is enriching the educational lives of children in rural communities.
She praised the dedicated and knowledgeable staff who are working tirelessly to ensure that the students receive the best possible education and shared some valuable advice for the educators. She also encouraged them to continue their efforts in providing hands-on learning experiences for the students and to focus on creating an environment that is inclusive and engaging for all learners. Speaking with the Director of the institution, Mr. Arnold Johnson, She emphasized the importance of collaborating with other educational institutions and organizations to help bring robotics education to even more students in rural communities.
Overall, the Regional Director’s visit to Arnson Innovate STEM class was a joyful one, and she expressed her appreciation for the work that is being done to enrich the educational lives of children in rural communities through robotics education.
